  • Basic venue-only core season rental (Fri -Sun, May-September) starts at $5,000. Includes barn rental and deluxe bathrooms.

  • Add your own vendors for catering, decorating, bar service, commitment ceremony, music & lights, etc.

    • Or use our vendors, and/or an event planner

  • Larger events will require event tent and seating

  • Weekend rental of the fully restored and modernized farmhouse is available - pricing available upon request.
